Delete your Vialog account

No sign-in needed to read this page. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Deleting your account permanently erases everything tied to it: your dose log, peptide library, vials, protocols, reminders, weight and measurement history, side effects, and your account record itself. It cannot be undone, and there is no backup copy to restore from.

Fastest way — in the app

Open Vialog and sign in.
Tap the gear icon (top right) → Name & password.
Scroll to Danger zone, type your username to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens immediately. Nothing is retained.

Can't get in?

If you have lost your password and cannot sign in, email dhmarkley@gmail.com from the address on the account, or include your username. Requests are actioned within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you subscribe: cancel your subscription before deleting, or it will keep billing — the subscription is held by Stripe and is not removed by deleting your Vialog account.

What is kept, and for how long

Your data: nothing. It is removed from the database at deletion.
Server logs containing IP addresses and request paths: up to 30 days, then rotated out. These are not linked to your log content.
Payment records, if you ever subscribed: retained by Stripe as long as tax and accounting law requires. Vialog does not hold card details.
