Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vialog, operated by DerMar Consulting Group LLC (dba ForgeWorks). By creating an account or using Vialog you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
1. The service
Vialog is a personal log for doses, vials, protocols and related measurements. It records what you enter and does arithmetic on it, such as reconstitution amounts and estimated levels.

You must be at least 18 to use Vialog. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. If you add an email address, confirm it from the link we send so that password resets and username reminders can reach you.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to reach data that isn't yours, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. A household invite code gives its holder access to the vials shared into that household, so share it only with people you trust.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Vialog has a free plan and a paid plan, Vialog Pro. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the home page before you buy. On the website Pro is paid through our payment processor, Stripe. In the Android app it is bought through Google Play and billed to your Google account:
- Pro monthly is billed once a month in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Pro yearly is billed once a year in advance and renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- Pro lifetime is a single payment for Pro features for as long as Vialog is offered. If you buy lifetime while on the monthly or yearly plan, that plan stops renewing at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan bought on the website, change your card or see your invoices at any time on the website under Settings → Manage plan → Manage billing. The billing page shows when a cancellation takes effect before you confirm it.
- Deleting your account cancels an active website subscription straight away, and asks Google Play to cancel a Google Play subscription. If the app can't confirm that, cancel it in Google Play yourself.
- Cancelling a Google Play subscription: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Vialog Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policies; ask for one from your Google Play order history or the Google Play Help Center. If a purchase is refunded or its charge reversed, the Pro access it paid for ends.
- Each person needs their own plan: household sharing is a Pro feature for every member who creates or joins a household.
- Fees paid on the website are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
If Pro ends, your log stays yours: logging stays free, nothing you recorded is deleted, and Pro-only views lock until you subscribe again.
6. Your data
Your log belongs to you. You can export it or permanently delete your account at any time; see deleting your account.
7. Availability
We work to keep Vialog available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.
8. Termination
You may stop using Vialog and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DerMar Consulting Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Vialog, including decisions made using its calculations or estimates.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
